"On 07-14-2019 my 13-year-old son fractured his collarbone in the "attraction" of the banana. It's dangerous.
IT IS NOT for all ages, as it said in the brochure.
It barely took two minutes and in the first turn all the occupants were thrown away at high speed and crashed into the water very violently. My son broke his collarbone and he and I had to get on the boat and stay there the entire trip.
I asked him if he had hit another occupant, and he told me no, that when he hit the water he felt a lot of pain.
Until five in the afternoon at the Gandía hospital and the vacation ruined.
It's a shame, because ALL the staff is very diligent, friendly and professional, but they should reconsider the ages to participate in some activities and warn it very clearly in the brochures and there.
I can't imagine a five-year-old girl and a 65-year-old man being thrown into the water at that speed, just as it happened to us. If it has happened once, something is wrong.
I repeat: ALL the staff is very diligent, friendly and professional.
But it has been a very unpleasant experience, which I hope at least helps so that this does not happen again to any other child."

"Very bad experience.
They charged us for a 3-day Kite surfing course and we only did one day due to, according to them, a lack of instructors, while we saw 3 instructors sitting in the office.
We called Pau, the course coordinator, 4 times, and he did not deign to pick up the phone.
Nothing worked except for the payment we made on the first day, which was processed very quickly.
Absolutely not recommended."
