There is a river mouth (Pioneer River, look out for boats) as well that can be ridden in an outgoing tide. Nice. Jellyfishes from October to April.

We do have jellyfish in summer months from October to April, make sure you wear a stinger suit. Can be purchased at local kiteshop for about AU$50.
